hlp_inbox						= Message Inbox & Folders
hlp_text_inbox					= This page displays the  messages received (inbox), sent, classified by the filters or sorted by the users into custom defined folders. The number of messages displayed per page can be set into the "Preferences" page.

hlp_title_inbox1				= Check for new incoming mails
hlp_text_inbox1					= To recurrently check for new incoming messages, you may set the refresh delay into the "Preferences" page and/or click the "Check Mail" button from the toolbar. This send requests to all you configured accounts and collects the new messages.

hlp_title_inbox2				= The folders
hlp_text_inbox2 				= There are 4 systems folders and custom folders. The folders are :<ul><li><b>Inbox</b> to gather all new incoming messages.</li><li><b>Trash</b> where go the deleted messages if you have selected this behavior in the "Preferences" page.</li><li><b>Send</b> where you can save your outgoing messages if you have configured it so in your preferences.</li><li><b>Spam</b> to collect all the messages that you have classified as SPAM either manually or by a custom filter (<i>see Preferences page</i>).<br></li><li><b>Custom folders</b> managed by the user to store the messages. You can add as many folders as necessary but no subfolders can be created.</li></ul>To empty a folder, click on the down arrow right to the folder in the folder tree in the left panel. Messages within the folder are deleted without any chance to get them back.

hlp_title_inbox3				= Inbox folder 
hlp_text_inbox3					= All incoming messages arrive in this folder. The number of unread messages appears in bold in the tree folder. From the inbox message list you can read, reply and sort out your messages. You can also take actions regarding SPAM messages in order to filter and/or block addresses.

hlp_title_inbox4				= Delete message
hlp_text_inbox4					= When you delete a message it can go into the trash before being completely removed. This option can be set in the "Preferences" page.

hlp_title_inbox5				= Move message to a folder
hlp_text_inbox5					= You can move messages to any folder <u>BUT</u> into the Inbox.

hlp_title_inbox6				= Actions on message
hlp_text_inbox6					= To help the message identification, you can decide to:<ul><li><b>Check/Uncheck</b> messages to draw your attention</li><li>Mark <b>Read/Unread</b> messages. Read messages automatically goes Read. Nevertheless, you have the possibility to change the message status yourself.</li></ul>

hlp_title_inbox7				= SPAM message
hlp_text_inbox7					= You can move SPAM messages to the SPAM folder from the toolbar "Move" button or, when reading a message with a click on the "SPAM" button from the toolbar to create a filter for future incoming messages and send them directly into the SPAM folder. The latter will automatically creates a filter that may be edited in the "Preferences" page.

hlp_title_inbox8				= Read messages from the list
hlp_text_inbox8					= When you click on a message from the message list page, you get this message displayed. Thanks to the "Up" and "Down" arrows from the toolbar, without coming back to the message list page, you can read the previous or following message in the list.

hlp_title_inbox9				= Forward and Reply
hlp_text_inbox9					= As you are reading a message, simply click on the "Actions" button from the toolbar to aget access for Repy, Reply all and Forward actions.

hlp_title_inbox10				= Add to address book
hlp_text_inbox10				= Click on the "Actions" button from the toolbar and select "Add to the address book" to get a pop-up that offers you to add any addresses from the currently displayed message into the address book. If one or several addresses are already into the address book, they won't available in the pop-up.

hlp_title_inbox11				= Display message header
hlp_text_inbox11				= To get information about the message routing, you may want to display the message header. Click on the "Actions" button from the toolbar and select "Headers". 

hlp_title_inbox12				= Print message
hlp_text_inbox12				= To print the currently displayed message, click on the "Actions" button from the toolbar and select "Print". The message is reformatted to fit within a page presentation. Select the printer to be used and validate.

hlp_title_inbox13				= Block message
hlp_text_inbox13				= Block address is used to delete directly any incoming messages that reach your mailbox. It creates a filter to delete the messages that have the selected address. To remove this filter, get to the "Preferences" page and select the corresponding filter.

hlp_title_inbox14				= Retrieve attachments
hlp_text_inbox14				= There are to ways to retrieve the attached document.<ul><li>click on the name of the document to open it (<i>depend of your browser and the document format</i>)</li><li>click on the download icon to save it on your disks</li></ul>

# CHAT Section
#
hlp_chat						= Chat room
hlp_text_chat					= You may want to define a <b>nickname</b> before accessing the chat room. Go into the preferences and choose your nickname. If not set, it will be you name or your e-mail address.

hlp_title_chat1					= Using the chat room
hlp_text_chat1					= There is no need to really login to enter the chat room since you are already logged to your e-mail account. Just keep in mind some rules (<i>see below</i>).<br><br>You may have chosen one language and be surprised to see the chat room to run in an other one. Keep in mind that the administrator has chosen a default language for the Chat that fix for the majority of participants and may differ from your preferences.<br><br>Because you are not necessary having the chat room as the top window on your screen, a sound reminds you when new messages arrive or when the chat room is cleared.

hlp_title_chat2					= Send a file
hlp_text_chat2					= You may want to share a photo with other participants. Because we are not using FTP for file transfer the size of the file to be exchanged is very limited. Most server will not allow file bigger than 2 MB.

hlp_title_chat3					= Clear the chat room
hlp_text_chat3					= Privacy is important nowadays. Any participant can decide to clear the chat room. Clearing the chat room will also clear the uploaded files. The name of the participant who clean the char room appears in the screen.

hlp_title_chat4					= Change status
hlp_text_chat4					= You can change your status to inform other participants about your availability. A specific flag that reflect your new status is displayed in front of your nickname.

hlp_title_chat5					= Share your mood
hlp_text_chat5					= Feel free to use smiley to express your mood. You can either directly type the smiley code in your message or click on the smiley icon to pop-up a pick list of smileys.<br>After selecting a smiley from the list or sending a message, the smiley list will disappear.

hlp_title_chat6					= Rules
hlp_text_chat6					= We encourage you to always be responsible and to respect other participants. Your conduct should be guided by common sense, basic "netiquette", and chat rules

# NEW MAIL Section
#
hlp_compose						= Compose new mail
hlp_text_compose				= This section is related to the new message composition. Keep in mind that you do not have the capability to save Draft messages for then time being and not sent messages will be lost.

hlp_title_new1					= Select recipient
hlp_text_new1					= Click on the address book icon to pop-up your list of contacts and have direct access for adding <ul><li>Recipients (To)</li><li>Copied recipients (Cc - <i>carbon copy</i>)</li><li>Hidden recipients (Bcc - <i>Blind carbon copy</i>)</li></ul>Don't forget to add a relevant subject. It will help the recipients and the automatic filtering scripts to sort out efficiently your messages, so does Uebimiau.

hlp_title_new2					= Priority
hlp_text_new2					= There are 3 levels of priority :<ul><li><b>Normal</b> selected by default</li><li><b>High priority</b> to draw recipients attention</li><li><b>Low</b> for informational messages</li></ul>

hlp_title_new3					= Add your signature
hlp_text_new3					= In the "Preferences" you can automatically add your signature to new messages.<ul><li>When such an option is selected, the signature is automatically added and show up into your message. The checkbox is checked but disabled. To remove your signature, just select and delete the text from the editor. You won't be able to add your signature again without restarting a new message.<br></li><li>When this option is not selected, the "Add signature" check box is enabled and you can add your signature to the new message by checking the box. It won't appear in the message but will be added when the message will be sent.</li></ul>

hlp_title_new4					= Enable read receipt
hlp_text_new4					= To track your message and get a feedback when the recipients read your message you can ask for a "Read receipt". This option can be set as default into the "Preferences" page. Nevertheless, the default selection can be override by checking or not the "Require read receipt" checkbox in the Compose new message page.<br>NOTE: Recipients may always have the possibility to decline the sending of read receipts.

hlp_title_new5					= Attach documents
hlp_text_new5					= To attach document to your new message, click on the "Attach new file" button into the toolbar. Select and add the document. The attached document list is displayed in the Compose new message page. To remove one attached document, simply click the delete icon. You can check the attached document by a click on its name or you can download it by a click on the download icon.

hlp_title_new6					= Use advanced editors
hlp_text_new6					= Use of advanced editor is set into the "Preferences" page. The advanced editors are useful to get a view of the final presentation. There are 2 advanced editors that can be enabled.<br><small>NOTE: The advanced editor will fill-up the available place in the browser window BUT won't resize if you resize the window.</small>

hlp_title_new7					= Send your message
hlp_text_new7					= When your message is completed, click on the "Send" button into the toolbar to send your message. A new page is displayed to keep your informed about the sending.<br><br><b>Sending message can take several minutes</b>. You must be patient!<br>Once a message is sent, there is no way to interrupt the transmission. Depending on mail server, this can be somewhat long. Unless there is a failure message, the process is going correctly.

# ADDRESS BOOK Section
#
hlp_addressbook					= Address book
hlp_text_addressbook			= The Address book page display the list of contacts. The number of contacts displayed per page can be set into the "Preferences" page.<br>From this page you can:<ul><li>display the content of a contact's card,</li><li>edit the contact card,</li><li>add new contacts</li></ul>

hlp_title_address1				= Display a contact card
hlp_text_address1				= This option display all the information for the selected contact card. It provides direct access to:<ul><li><b>New messages</b> for this contact. A click on the "Preferred E-mail", "Alternate E-mail" or "Work E-mail" opens the new message compose page and the contact address is automatically selected for the recipient</li><li><b>Map location</b> when the Street information is filled. MapQuest is called with the contact's address and displayed the contact location on the map</li><li><b>Website</b>'s contact when the "Web site" information is filled.</li></ul>All information related to the selected contact are available including the photo and notes when available.

hlp_title_address2				= Edit a contact card
hlp_text_address2				= Any information related to the contact can be entered into the contact's card using the "Edit" button from the displayed card or the Edit icon from the contact's list.<br>One photo can be attached by contact. The maximum recommended size is 200x200 pixels.

hlp_title_address3				= Add new contact
hlp_text_address3				= New contact can be added from the read message page when reading a message (Action/Add to the address book button from the toolbar) but also created from scratch.<br>New contact minimum information are the name and the preferred e-mail. Contact with the same preferred e-mail are forbidden.<br><small><span style="color: #FF0000;">IMPORTANT</span>: You won't be able to attach photo to a newly created contact card. You must save it first then edit it and upload a photo.</small>

hlp_title_address4				= Delete a contact card
hlp_text_address4				= To delete a contact, click on the delete icon from the contact list. You will be prompted to confirm before deletion. Deleted contacts cannot be recovered.

# FOLDERS Section
#
hlp_folders						= Message folders
hlp_text_folders				= There are 4 systems folders and custom folders. hlp_text_folders1				= You can name your folder using letters, numbers, space and dash. Other characters are prohibited. Folders are all at the same level, meaning, there is no possiblity to have subfolders.

hlp_title_folders1				= Empty folder
hlp_text_folders1				= To empty a folder, click on the down arrow right to the folder in the folder tree in the left panel. Messages within the folder are deleted without any chance to get them back.

hlp_title_folders2				= Delete a folder
hlp_text_folders2				= Deleting a folder will also remove all the filters that redirect incoming message into it. A message will prompt you to confirm the folder deletion.

hlp_title_folders3				= Move folder content
hlp_text_folders3				= To move the content of a folder, go to the folder first and check all the message using the checkbox in the title bar then from the toolbar select in "Move to" the destination folder.

hlp_title_folders4				= Size of the folders
hlp_text_folders4				= The size of all messages within one folder is displayed either in kB or MB according to the volume of messages. When the quota option is enable, a bargraph shows the place used and remaining.<br><br><b>IMPORTANT</b>: Whenever the quota is activated and you reach it, you won't be able to do any action on your messages without retrieving some free place. Nevertheless, incoming messages will still be allow arriving.

hlp_text_search					= Uebimiau has a search engine to help you to retrieve messages.

hlp_title_search1				= Search criteria
hlp_text_search1				= The filtering can be done over:<ul><li><b>Sender</b> (From)</li><li><b>Subject</b></li><li>Text from the message <b>Body</b></li></ul><br>The list of messages that fit the criteria is displayed below.<br>The search criteria is not case sensitive and applies on any words that has some matches and not full words (ex. "text" will find text, textbook, texture, etc.).

hlp_text_preferences			= The "Preferences" page has 5 tabs to configure the behavior of Uebimiau for your mailbox. At the first login, your administrator may have chosen to send you directly to this page in order to let you customize the application with your preferences.

hlp_title_pref1					= General information
hlp_text_pref1					= <ul><li><b>Name</b> is the name associated with your e-mail address</li><li><b>Nickname</b> is used as alias in the chat room</li><li><b>Reply to</b> is the address to use when you reply to a message. It may be different from your login address</li><li><b>Time zone</b> is your location regarding the offset to Greenwich meridian</li><li><b>Default edit mode</b> where you can select the type of editor to be used:<ul><li><b>Plain text</b> to use plain text with html tags if needed</li><li><b>HTML editor</b> from Tiny MCE that offers an advanced edition interface</li></ul></li></ul>IMPORTANT: Save your modifications before leaving this page otherwise they will be lost!

hlp_title_pref2					= Messages
hlp_text_pref2					= <ul><li><b>Maximum number of messages/contacts per page</b> shall be set according to your screen resolution</li><li><b>Automatically check for new mail</b> define periodicity for checking for new incoming messages</li><li><b>Show attached images</b> will display external images that are link to the message (<i>this may be a door for SPAM</i>)</li><li><b>Require read receipt by default</b> to get feedback from your recipients</li><li><b>Reset READ messages as UNREAD when you logout</b> may be used when using remote access and want to ignore operation done in message for example</li><li><b>Save sent message in "Sent"</b> to keep a copy of sent messages</li></ul>

hlp_title_pref3					= Signature
hlp_text_pref3					= <ul><li><b>Write your signature</b> enables you to create your signature. Picture are not allowed and avoid using the quote (better use the ` ).</li><li><b>Add your signature to all the outgoing message</b>. If not set, you will be able to add your signature on new message later on by checking the "Add signature" box on the compose page.</li></ul>

hlp_title_pref4					= Trash
hlp_text_pref4					= <ul><li><b>When you delete a message, move it to "Trash"</b> therefore you get a chance to retrieve these messages later on. To destroy those messages, simply empty the Trash folder (click on the down arrow on the right side of the Trash folder in the folder tree) </li><li><b>When you Spam a message, move it to "Spam"</b> This will store SPAM messages in the Spam folder</li><li><b>Save only read messages in the "Trash"</b> All messages that have been read are moved to the Trash folder</li><li><b>Empty trash folder when you logout</b> to always start a new session with a clean Trash.</li></ul>

hlp_text_pref5					= Selection of a skin will immediately reflect a skin change.<br>When you are satisfied with the selection, do not forget to save your selection otherwise it will come back to the previously define skin.

hlp_title_pref6					= Filters
hlp_text_pref6					= You can add as many filters as you need. <br>IMPORTANT: Folder deletion will automatically deletes the associated filters.<br>To create a new filter you should use the following fields and press "Add filter"<ul><li><b>Filter on field</b> set which field (From, Subject, To, Header, Body) will be analyzed in the incoming messages</li><li><b>Search for</b> give the text to match</li><li><b>Action</b> to take when the criteria is matched (Move, Delete, Mark read)</li><li><b>Destination folder</b> for the incoming messages that match the criteria when the "Move" action is chosen</li></ul>Below, the list of available filters is displayed. One specific filter could be deleted using the delete icon. Multiple selections is allowed and selected filters are deleted when pressing the "Delete selected filters" button.

hlp_text_pref7					= This section is restricted to the system administrators. It can be accessed by a click on the small icon on the botton right on the first tab. You shall identify yourself as an administrator using valid username and password. Administration page will give you access to:<ul><li><b>Edit Config</b> to modify the default setting and Uebimiau system configuration</li><li><b>Edit Languages</b> to define the languages supported by the application</li><li><b>Edit Themes</b> to define the themes available</li><li><b>Edit POP3</b> to setup the POP server that are accessible</li><li><b>View Logs</b> to display the list of abnormal events during login and admin connections</li><li><b>Reset Chat room</b> to reinitialize the chat room exchanges and upload files</li><li><b>Manage Admins</b> to maintain the list of authorized administrators</li></ul>
